Cotech is working closely with an industry leading main contractor operating throughout the South East from a Southern regional office in Berkshire. They have a healthy pipeline of interesting and complex projects including Schools, Offices, Hotels and Warehouses. With continued growth and success of the business they have secured a handful of new School projects in Primary, Secondary and Further Education in London and outside the M25 to the West and South.

 

The Role

 

For this position you must have previous experience as a Design Manager working for a recognised main contractor on projects between £10M - £35M+. The desired candidate will have experience in pre-con and working closely with the client. Another desirable attribute would be having knowledge of BIM.
