Cotech is proudly recruiting for a prestigious refurbishment and fit out contractor in Central London who is currently looking to appoint a Bid Manager in its work winning team. The company are long standing with a good reputation and very busy providing top quality interiors in various markets, including high end residential, offices, restaurants and banks.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

• Working closely with Technicians, Design Team, Planners, Operations, Building Services, Estimating team and Coordinators

• Using In Design to produce/prepare bid documents

• Working on bids for a range of projects in various sectors (as above)

• Responsible for leading coordinating and managing all aspects of bids

• Managing and approving the quality of the tender documents and related submissions when submitting to the potential customer

• Working well under pressure and to deadlines

• Engage with sales teams within the wider group business

• Implement, Manage and develop bid management plans

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

• Previous bidding/ tendering experience

• Experience and comfortable use of In Design

• Ability to write and review winning tender submissions

• Getting involved in producing and amending the bid as well as managing the process

• Organisational skills, essential to meet deadlines

• Business case development/benefits management/risk qualification and management.

• Previous experience of budget management and reporting
