Cotech is working with a leading UK house builder outside of London, who has a primary focus on delivering top quality, award-winning developments in the Northern Home Counties e.g. Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and further afield. Building in both the private and affordable housing sectors, our client has smaller, more exclusive sites of 10 houses up to vast schemes of 2,000 houses to be built over a 10 year build programme. Role and Responsibilities

​

Our client is currently looking for a construction lead, to take on a number 1 role on site as Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, to deliver 70 units comprising mainly houses and a small block of low-rise flats in Cambridge. The development will be delivered with a traditional method of brick and block, so past experience and knowledge of these methods with another major house builder would make an excellent match for the role.

Qualifications and Experience

 

Must hold valid/up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.

 

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £70k + Package (including car or car allowance).
